I also want to do consulting work in schools, church and nonprofit groups for young girls on identity, self esteem, dating and relationships, sexuality, fitness and culture and diversity.

What kind of modeling experience do you have?
Jennifer: Runway, promotional, parts, websites and artistically/tasteful nude.

How did you get into modeling?
Jennifer: I was in my 2nd to last semester in college(03’) and one of the seniors asked me to be in a local designers fashion. Since, then my passion has been ignited.

What is it about modeling that you enjoy?
Jennifer: I love modeling. First and foremost, I love connecting with people and really get in the zone of modeling. I love putting on the “fantasy” for the audience. Whether it is live, the photographer or a reader. Modeling is fun! It’s an unexplainable feeling.

Is there anything in modeling that you would really like to try and haven’t got the chance to yet? If so, what is it and why are you so interested in trying it?
Jennifer: I really enjoy fashion shows. However, because I’m only 5’5, I’m limited. I would like to do really high fashion and glamour modeling. Fashion shows are really fun and I like being the canvass for a designers work and vision. I also want to do work with conventions, car shows and radio personality work. Conventions and car shows seem to be fun and a great way to meet people. I also want to get into radio personality because I think I have a nice voice and marketing and broadcasting is something I am interested in as well.

What is your ultimate goal in modeling?
Jennifer: Ultimately, I want to be a spokes model for swimwear, lingerie, makeup and sporting/fitness apparel. I also want to be featured on calendars and use my website to generate money (ecommerce) where my fans can buy posters, clothing, hats, bumper stickers and talk live with me.

I also think there is a need for beautiful, exotic and diverse models that do
not fit the “Barbie” stereotype. So, I want to promote the differences in
ethnic beauty!

Do you have any special talents?
Jennifer: Outside of modeling, I love to dance. I was in various dance groups as a kid and I was on the dance and Step Team at Curry College. I can roller-skate and rollerblade. I love to cook and my specialty is “Soul Food.” I’m also very skilled in make-up application.

What is your happiest moment in life?
Jennifer: I am the first person in my immediate family to graduate from college and “walking across that stage,” was a major accomplishment for me. Then, when I got accepted into graduate schools one of them being Boston College (a nationally acclaimed university) was one of the happiest moments in my life. I cried for days I was so happy!

If you could do a photo shoot anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Jennifer: If I could do a photo shoot anywhere in the world it would definitely be in one of the Caribbean Islands. Locations like Jamaica, Aruba or St. Thomas. The weather is beautiful and the photos would come out great. I could wear my swimwear and the lighting and positioning of the sun would be superb.

What are you hoping to get from being featured on The Noyse?
Jennifer: In being featured on The Noyse, I want to promote my modeling career, gain experience and introduce myself to people. I’m not just a model, I am also a person!

What do you like to show off in pictures in particular?
Jennifer: In pictures, I love my personality to jump out in pictures. Then the physical assets, my smile, my legs and breasts (laughs)! When people see me, I want them to be intrigued and want them to want to learn and see more.

What is usually on your mind during a photo shoot?
Jennifer: When you go into a photo shoot, its important to be professional and have chemistry and/or a shared vision with the photographer. Have fun! Sexy! Attitude! Confidence!
